Well here's Creative License Studio's Electronic Syndicate. Although we aren't here to place any cartoons into newspapers for you, you are welcome to submit samples of your cartoons, a biography or resume to be displayed in our Cartoon Gallery where a newspaper or cartoon editor might see them & have a way to locate you if they're interested. CLS's Electric Syndicate will also feature information about how to submit to national cartoon syndicates & magazines on your own.
